If I could live anywhere, where would I go?
Would I choose a strange place, or somewhere I know
Florida has sunshine but hurricanes as well
And Sydney has beaches but spiders from hell!
So I would choose somewhere closer to home
Somewhere a bit warmer with places to roam.
A nice little markets place, shops and parks
A busy village but peaceful so I still hear the larks.
Maybe the Cotswolds is where I should stay
A nice little bungalow, modern but cosy.
Somewhere like that is where I’d like to be
And it would be perfect if you stopped for some tea.
